Job Descriptions:

1. Provide student progress report to parents regularly
2. Provide timely information to parents about any changes related to the study (e.g. teachers, schedule)
3. Invite parents and prepare, facilitate, participate, and organize events related to parents
4. Resolve problems, questions, and/or complaints from parents
5. Resell our courses and Reactivate students who have dropped out
6. Communicate regularly with other teachers and other departments

 

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-year experience in sales, or direct selling B2C
2. Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills
3. Service mindset: treating each customer the way you want to be treated
4. Sales ability: delivering effective sales pitch & closing deals
5. Excellent service , can do attitude and ability to work as a team
6. A results-driven person
7. Willing to work in shift
8. Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
9. Sales or education industry experience is a plus
